Jharkhand government through its Drinking Water & Sanitation Department is planning to set up a conventional water treatment plant in Sahibganj in the state.
The scope of work for Part-A envisages detailed survey, designing and drawing, construction of seven MLD capacity conventional water treatment plant, 16 RCC elevated service reservoir, staff quarter compound wall, supply and laying clear water rising main and distribution networks, house connection, supplying and installation of VT and centrifugal pump motor five years operation and maintenance with allied works etc all complete job for full coverage of Taljhari block.
The Part-B entails survey, designing and drawing, construction of seven MLD capacity conventional water treatment plant, 13 RCC elevated service reservoir, staff quarter, compound wall, supply and laying of clear water rising main and distribution networks, house connection, supplying and installation of VT and centrifugal pump motor five years operation & maintenance (O&M) with allied works etc all complete job for full coverage of Borio block under drinking water and sanitation division, Sahibganj in Jharkhand on turnkey basis for 2021-22.
The work will be completed in a period of 33 months at a cost of Rs 234.21 crore.
